Kaatal Oox is a brand new development integrated by 7 houses and one studio, located in the beautiful and peaceful city of Tulum.

 We combine the experience of the four differents projects that we made before, to make Kaatal Oox be a place that you could call home, our project has a perfect balance within the nature, counting with the 50 % of green areas, and also the architecture is designed to be in touch with the vibes that predominate at Tulum.

Any of the houses has its own rooftop, and includes their private pool, making this your perfect, quiet, relaxed, and peaceful place.

We are perfectly located at the center of the town, this is a perfect spot for you to go anywhere you want to go easily, tulum center is no more than 10  to 12 minutes from the public beach, the Ancient Ruins, and the restaurants and hotel area.

As many people know, tulum is also close to magnificiet Cenotes, funny and adventurous parks, and close to really interesting tourist attractions, such as akumal, Xcaret, and is close to the cosmopolitan cities of Playa Del Carmen, and Cancun.
