This is the home you want to own in Mexico! It actually looks like Mexico.....the beach view, the talavera tiled doorways and kitchen. It is full of light and full of charm.
Quinta Luna has it's own beach and pool and there is a manned administration desk 8 to 6 with time out for lunch for Ariel Perera the excellent manager.
Condo 002 looks even more spacious than it is. There is a long and wide sweep from the blue tiled kitchen to the wide terrace from which you can walk to the beach.
Pull up to the bar for breakfast, eat at the comodious dining table or dine al fresco on the terrace.
The living area is very comfortable and extremely well done. The furniture, paintings, and knick knaks leave you no doubt as to where you are.....The Mexican Riviera and aren't you lucky.
The master has a king bed with faux canopy, beach view, terrace and en suite bath.
The hall bath serves guests as well as the second bedroom which is large enough for a king bed and bunks. It does not feel crowded, but you could always remove the bunk beds for an even more spacious bedroom.
This condo is sold with all furnishings except their two favorite livingroom lamps, most wall decorations and paintings and personal items.. Well, the new owners will want to put their stamp on it, no?
